View, restore, and permanently delete trashed tasks

View trash

To view tasks in the Trash choose Trash from the left side menu.

Choose trash from the left-hand panel.

Tasks that have been in the Trash more than 30 days are automatically deleted.

View trash.

Permanently delete a task

To permanently delete a task long-tap the task and choose Delete Forever.

Choose Delete Forever to permanently remove a task.

Restore a deleted task

To restore a task long-tap the task and choose Restore Task.

Restore a deleted task.

Tap Locate to easily navigate to the restored task.

Tap locate to be taken directly to the restored task.
