Are you using GQueues to help run your business, and is that business growing? Or has your department realized greater success with GQueues and other teams in your organization want to jump on board? You can easily add new licenses to your existing subscription.
Update GQueues for BUSINESS licenses
The way to add or remove licenses depends on how you purchased your subscription. If you don't remember, or things aren't displaying as you expect, you can always chat with our customer care team for help!
Paid with credit card
If you purchased your subscription with a credit card, you can add or remove licenses following these steps:
Logged in as the license admin, go to the Account tab of GQueues Settings. Under GQueues for BUSINESS subscriptions, click Manage.
Click Update quantity
Enter the total number of licenses you want for the subscription going forward and click Continue.
If you are adding licenses to your subscription, you will see a confirmation page, with the prorated amount you will be charged today, along with the total amount that will be charged when your subscription renews.
If you are removing licenses from your subscription, you will see a confirmation popup with the reduced renewal charge. Your existing licenses will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Paid with PayPal
If you purchased your subscription with PayPal, you can add licenses following these steps:
Logged in as the license admin, go to the Account tab of GQueues Settings. Under GQueues for BUSINESS subscriptions, click Manage.
Select Buy More Licenses.
Enter the number of additional licenses you want to purchase and click either Check out with Credit Card or Check out with PayPal, depending on how you’d like to complete payment.
Issue the licenses to your new users.
Your new licenses will have the same expiration date as your existing licenses and the total amount will be automatically prorated to keep everyone on the same billing cycle.
If your BUSINESS subscription was set to auto-renew, the previous repeating charge will be replaced with a new repeating charge for the new total number of licenses. You'll receive an email that confirms the old repeating charge has been replaced by the new one.
