When you receive email notifications about activity on tasks in shared or team queues, you have the option to reply directly to the email to add a comment to the task.
Depending on your email settings, your signature may appear in the comment.
To have your signature removed from your comments, send a blank email (with only your signature) to the address below. GQueues will then remove your signature from all future replies to email notifications.
👉 Pro Tip: If you have more than one signature you use for your account, send separate emails with each signature to the address above. If you edit your signature, please send another blank email with your updated signature.
