View, restore, and permanently delete trashed tasks

View trash

To view tasks in the Trash choose Trash from the left side menu.

Select "Trash" from the sidebar to view deleted tasks

Tasks that have been in the Trash more than 30 days are automatically deleted.

Permanently delete a task

To permanently delete a task swipe left and tap the Trash button.

From the Trash, swipe left on a task to permanently delete it

Restore a deleted task

To restore a task swipe right and tap the Restore Task button.

From the trash, swipe right on a task to restore it to its queue

Tap Locate to easily navigate to the restored task.

Tap "Locate" to go to the restored task in its queue
