View, add, edit, and @mention others in comments in the Android mobile app

Add a comment

To add a comment to a task tap the top-right menu and choose Add Comment.

This will open the keyboard where you can enter your comment.

If the task is shared with others, you can mention them by pressing the @ symbol and selecting the user from the dropdown menu.

View comments

The newest three comments appear on the task by default. Tap the button to show previous comments.

Tap "Show previous comments" to see more than last 3 comments

All past comments expanded

You can view details about the person who made a comment by tapping their image.

Tap the user's image to see their name and email address

Edit or delete a comment

To edit or delete a comment long-tap the comment and choose from the menu.

Long-tap a comment you made to edit or delete it

❗️Please Note: You can only edit or delete your own comments.
