If you're trying to use the GQueues for Google Workspace Add-on to access full task details from Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive but hitting a snag, check out these 4 fixes to the most common snags to get everything back up and running again.

Expand the Add-on Panel

If you want to access the Google Add-on but can't find the GQueues icon on the right side of your screen from within Gmail, Calendar, or Drive, the Add-on Panel might be collapsed.

To show the Add-on Panel click the button at the bottom right of the page.

Click the button on the bottom right of the screen to expand the Add-on panel

Disable pop-up blockers

When you first install the Add-on to your account, you'll need to sign in to your account through the Add-on. If you click the sign in button and nothing happens, it's probably because you have pop-up blockers active for your browser. The sign in button should open a pop up window to connect your GQueues account to the Add-on. So if it's not showing up, make sure you allow pop-ups and try again 😊

Refresh account data

The Google Workspace Add-on periodically syncs with your GQueues account in the background to ensure it is using the most current list of queues, tags and assignees.

If recent changes were made in your account that are not appearing in the Add-on, open the top menu and choose Refresh, or click the Refresh button to force a sync and see the latest data.

Refresh your account to see the most recent data.

Reauthorize access

If the Google Add-on isn't able to access information in Gmail and Google Drive, or you need to re-authorize access for any other reason, you can do so by clicking this link: Re-authorize Access

Uninstall the Add-on

If you're experiencing problems with the Add-on that aren't solved by the steps above, uninstalling and reinstalling the Add-on often solves any temporary glitches.

Click the menu on GQueues for Google Workspace and choose Uninstall.

Open the menu for the GQueues for Google Workspace Add-on and select Uninstall

Wait a few minutes to give the add-on time to fully remove. You can refresh your Gmail page to confirm it no longer shows up in the Add-on panel.

If you're still having trouble or you're not sure how to complete one of the steps above, chat in to our customer care team! πŸ’¬
