Renewing your subscription will add another year to your current expiration date so you can transition smoothly into the next year of productivity with GQueues. Here’s what you need to know to manually renew your license(s).

GQueues for BUSINESS

Your account is set to auto-renew by default to ensure you don’t experience an interruption to your service. But if auto-renew has been disabled, you can still manually renew your licenses.

Go to Settings and navigate to the Account tab to renew your business subscription.

Here’s where you will see the number of licenses available and those currently in use. Click manage to open your BUSINESS Subscription Page.

From here you can issue and revoke licenses, buy more licenses if your team is expanding, and confirm if your subscription is set to auto-renew.

If auto-renew is off for your subscription, you can activate it again with one of the following methods, depending on how you purchased your subscription.

Paid with credit card

If you purchased your subscription with a credit card, click on Manage billing to see the details for your subscription.

Click Renew plan to activate auto-renew.

This will NOT charge you right now, but will set your card to be charged on the renewal date listed.

Paid with PayPal

If you purchased your subscription with PayPal, renew your subscription manually by clicking Renew Now on the right hand side of your screen.

This will renew your subscription based on your most recent order. So if you purchased 12 licenses last year, but have one that isn't issued because you're waiting for a new hire to start, it will still renew the full 12 because that's what was on your last order. If you added licenses to your subscription at some point in the last year, the most recent total is what will be renewed. The quantity you see next to Total paid licenses is how many licenses will renew. If you need to change that license count, just reach out to our customer care team! We can make any changes you need before renewing. 😊

You can also renew in advance and the new expiration will still be set to one year from your current expiration, not from the date of renewal. So you can renew early and still get a full year's worth of GQueues.

GQueues for YOU

From GQueues, go to Settings and navigate to the Account tab.

Here, you will see all the accounts for which you have purchased subscriptions, arranged by order number.

Click Renew now on the right hand side of the subscription box to renew your subscription.

If you don’t see the Renew Now button, and you have a message that says “Accounts below will automatically renew,” then your subscription is set up to auto-renew, and there is no further action you need to take!
