Go to your Settings in GQueues and navigate to the Account tab.

Here, you can see which of the three versions of GQueues you’re using:

If your license was purchased as part of a BUSINESS subscription, you’ll see the license admin who manages your account next to your plan type.

If you have GQueues for BUSINESS, you should reach out to your license admin to confirm your expiration date.

GQueues for YOU

If you have GQueues for YOU, your expiration date will be listed next to your plan type.

Under the Account tab, you’ll see a list of your current subscriptions in the Subscriptions section, grouped by the kind of subscription you purchased.

Your GQueues for YOU subscriptions will also indicate if they will renew when the license expires (grouped by order number).

If you are the license admin on a GQueues for BUSINESS account, you’ll see your domain, total licenses, how many are being used and how many are still available.

By clicking manage you can manage licenses for your domain to work with inevitable changes in your business.
