Renewing your subscription will add another billing cycle to your current expiration date so you can keep your GQueues productivity boost and make sure you don't lose access to paid features. If you have auto-renew on, there's nothing else you have to do! But if you've turned it off, here's how to renew your plan.

Renew GQueues for BUSINESS

Your account is set to auto-renew by default to ensure you donโ€™t experience an interruption to your service. But if auto-renew has been disabled, you can still manually renew your licenses.

Go to Settings and navigate to the Account tab. Here you'll see the number of licenses available and those currently in use. Click manage to open your BUSINESS Subscription Page.

From here you can issue and revoke licenses, buy more licenses if your team is expanding, and confirm if your subscription is set to auto-renew.

If auto-renew is off for your subscription, you can activate it again with one of the following methods, depending on how you purchased your subscription.

Paid with credit card

If you purchased your subscription with a credit card, click on Manage billing to open your subscription details.

Click Renew plan to activate auto-renew.

โ—๏ธPlease Note: This will NOT charge you right now, but will set your card to be charged on the renewal date listed.

Select Renew plan once more on the confirmation page, and you're all set!

Paid with PayPal

If you purchased your subscription with PayPal, renew your subscription manually by clicking Renew Now on the right hand side of your screen.

This will renew the total paid licenses on your subscription, not how many licenses are in use. So if you purchased a subscription 12 licenses but have one that isn't issued because you're waiting for a new hire to start, your subscription will still renew with the full 12 licenses. Same goes for if you added licenses during the last billing cycle. The quantity you see next to Total paid licenses is how many licenses will renew. If you need to adjust that license count, just reach out to our customer care team! We can make any changes you need before renewing. ๐Ÿ˜Š

You can also renew in advance and the billing period will be added to your current expiration. So you can renew early without needing to worry about losing out on any overlapping days between now and your current expiration date.
