How to access the left hand panel in the mobile app to switch between My Queues, Smart Queues, Inbox, Assignments, Trash and Teams

When you view GQueues on the web, there's plenty of space to leave your left hand panel open at all times. Because there's less horizontal real estate in the mobile app, your blocks, categories, and queues are collapsed.

To expand the side panel, click the icon at the bottom left corner.

Click the button in the lower left corner to navigate between blocks in the lefthand panel

Once the side panel is open, you can choose to view Inbox, Assignments, Trash, or select blocks (My Queues, Team Queues, etc.) to view their categories and queues.

Choose Inbox from the expanded side panel to view tasks in your Inbox queue
